Gardenhire: Blackburn Likely To Go To AAA, Punto To DL

Twins Won’t Pick A Closer Just Yet

The Twins will begin their season with a committee of closers.

Manager Ron Gardenhire said that the Twins will not choose a closer to replace Joe Nathan when the season starts in a week. Instead they’ll go with a Closer-By-Committee lineup.
